Zervant is a fintech start-up that makes invoice software for small businesses. We’re an international team of 36 like-minded people, based in Espoo, and our product is already used by over 150,000 entrepreneurs worldwide. Our common goal is to become the most popular invoicing software in Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You won’t be sat at your desk writing endless lines of repetitive code. You won’t be stuck working with one technology for months on end. And you won’t be limiting yourself to one aspect of software development. 

As a fullstack developer at Zervant each day will be different. One day you might be working on the UI, the next on backend or devops. Then maybe a bit of testing or agile methodology. Our teams take on whole projects, and work on them all the way from start to finish. So you can expect to take on whatever is needed to get the job done. Challenging? Yes. Rewarding? Absolutely.   

WHAT WE EXPECT

Given that you’ll have a diverse, hands on role, you’ll need a broad skillset to match. You’ll need good knowledge of some (though of course not all) of the following: AWS, Terraform, Continuous Integration, Clojure, Node.js , React, React-Native and Agile. If you’ve got any projects on Github that show your experience then send ‘em over!  

Our working language is English, so you’ll need to be fluent in written and spoken form. We’re after someone with a genuine passion and interest in software quality and design.Someone with a curious mindset and a willingness to dig deep and identify the root cause of problems.
