We're looking for two International Support Specialists to join our team to provide support for the users of the Provet Cloud veterinary practice management system. Provet Cloud is an industry-leading cloud-based practice management solution used by veterinarians all over the Europe, which is currently rapidly expanding in the European market.
Support for the users of the Provet Cloud system is being provided mostly with various remote tools from our office in Espoo, Finland. Communication will be written & oral, so the chosen persons are required to be fluent, native or close to native speakers of English and preferably a few other languages. Part of the work of the Support specialists is also to develop & extend the on-line documentation for the Provet Cloud system based on the needs of our users. Work also includes face-to-face on-line training & demonstrations to support our digital sales strategy.
The Support Specialists will work at the same physical location in Espoo as our developers and most of the other Provet Cloud team members. The developer team will be providing second tier support for more in-depth technical support. Suitable applicants also have strong interest to support & develop digital business-to-business service model. Persons chosen to the job will also participate to our digital sales process in addition to the support processes.
