What we expect

We are looking for a self-driven country manager to help us expand Hold in Sweden. Your target will be corporate partners where we expect you to express finesse and exceptional professionalism, that will help Hold only to get the best partner associations onboard. The position requires you to work independently, to generate leads act on and further maintain client network, this with support and guidance from the Hold management team. In addition you will be in charge of expanding the user base and to maintain a dynamic and healthy Hold community.

The position is offered with a base salary with commission based on active users. To give you an idea of the impact we expect you to deliver here is an outline of your first 100 days. Within your first 100 days you have:

- Contacted  potential corporate partners

- On boarded more than 8 corporate partners to the Hold community

- Strongly contributed to establish Hold as a well-known student aid tool to enhance focus in class

- Made sales and presentation kits that will be used to expand Hold to the rest of Scandinavia

- Maintaining a student community of 50.000+ users

- Strongly contributing to further establish Hold as a well know student aid tool to enhance focus in class

Requirements

Former sales and customer service experience

High-school or higher education

Excellent presentation skills

Strong tech savvy competences in social media and preferably some CRM
