We are looking for a creative, self-directed and result-oriented Head of Marketing to join Host My Pet team in order to grow and learn together! Ideally, the candidate should possess extensive knowledge in a variety of marketing aspects (from digital marketing to offline marketing activities). The minimum requirement is excellent knowledge and understanding of marketing fundamentals and ability to learn, proven by personal achievements.

THE JOB. 

• Develop marketing strategy, set and achieve strategic goals.
• Market segmentation, positioning, branding, and message. Lead online and social media marketing with help from the rest of the team.
• Identify audiences and look-alikes.
• Co-operate with influencers and media.
• Deliver key messages and campaigns.
  
• Hustle offline marketing activities, events or video content whenever needed.
• Help to build relations with customers and participate in customer support.
• Participate in product development.

SKILL SET.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, an experience of working in international teams. The experience of working in a startup would be a huge plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit. Fast learner.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management.
• Superb analytical skills.
• Good stress management.
• Flexibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. 
• Native Finnish speaker, knowledge of Swedish or/and Danish, Norwegian, German, Spanish would be a big plus.
• Ideally some Adobe CS skills or/and experience in video production.
• Being a pet owner nowadays or in the past is a must.
