Epiceros deliver product solutions to clients in the real money gaming sector. We are now expanding into delivering solutions for the Japanese market (still based out of Stockholm)! As part of the expansion, we’re now looking to hire a native speaking Customer Relations Consultant who will guide our clients as they enter and grow in Japan. In order to be successful in this role, you will know and find out more about what makes Japanese consumers tick based on your creative ability and data from our clients. As a company we like people with that little extra and we want to communicate that to our players so they feel a part of our little family and that they feel they are in good hands. In return you will be working with a great team and interesting clients at our lovely offices in the center of Stockholm.
Role description:
Answering inquiries via email and in real-time, timely and with the highest of standards.
Work closely with the clients and their marketing- and CRM departments in order to deliver success
Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered.
Advise on content, copy and communication strategy.
Who you are
Native Japanese speaker
Must be able to work during non-office hours including weekends and holidays.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack.
Strong organization skills with an ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
Takes initiative without being asked and shows a sense of urgency.
Friendly and personable team player who is both flexible and open to new ideas
Business level English.
A fan of casino games is a plus
