POSITION: CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSISTANT

LOCATION: COPENHAGEN (city center)

START: IMMEDIATELY

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME INTERNSHIP (PAID)

DURATION: PREFERABLE 4 MONTHS OR MORE

The job will be primarily in the Customer Service department, but there will also be a possibility to be involved in tasks from other departments like: logistics, production, development, events, festivals, marketing etc.

ABOUT YOU:

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Motivated to contribute in a growing and fast-paced environment
• You have excellent communication skills in English and any of the following languages: Danish, German, French, Russian, other European languages are a plus.
  
  

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience with Zendesk and/or Office is a plus
  
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively managing customer requests through mail and phone  Proactively identifying opportunities to increase client satisfaction
• Evaluating and analyzing recurring customer issues
• Working as a part of the team to ensure all service level agreements are maintained and department objectives are achieved
• Providing information about products and services
• Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
