You’ll join a highly specialized, international team of SEM and SEO specialists, copywriters and marketing analysts who all work to help grow our business in current- and markets to come. As our SEM Specialist, you’ll effectively manage the paid search budget and work with rest of our marketing team to get new customers and maximize ROI across our markets. You will: 

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns 
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
• Work with our content writers to produce kick-ass ads and landing pages
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

You are

This is a highly-specialized role: We expect that you’re a hands-on, online expert with a ‘make-it-happen’ mentality. You’re passionate about lead conversion and technical marketing - and we’re counting on you to teach us a trick or two about digital marketing tools and trends. You have: 

• Excellent English language skills, and preferably near-native German or Dutch language skills
• Proven SEM experience and successful management of PPC campaigns, especially AdWords
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
• Experience with website analytics tools, especially Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of e-mail marketing, SEA, SEO, SMO and content optimization
• Brilliant communication skills and an ability to translate your ideas into actionable marketing
• An ability to form relationships easily – a team player by heart
• A BA/BSc in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field would be ideal
