bmetric is a four year old marketing tech-startup located at the heart of Copenhagen. We have developed a unique and innovative way to secure conversions that otherwise would have been lost. Our technology and service make sure to intelligently identify and engage website visitors who needs a nudge to become customers. We do so by providing the most efficient channel, with the right message, at the appropriate and opportune moment.

We are looking for a junior financial controller, you’ll be working with our CEO, and the tasks will include, but not limit to:

Invoice tracking and payment

• Ensure accounts payable are paid & booked in a timely manner

• Review supplier payment terms

• Ensure customer payment & Remind non-paying customers

• Creating and sending customer invoices Accounting

• Design and implement suitable financial controls as the business grows

• Act as primary point person for external accountant in preparation of statutory accounts

• Work with external accountant to prepare annual accounts and corporation tax reports

• Work with third party to prepare annual Research & Development tax claim, and other grants and claims the company is eligible to.

Business and strategy

• Prepare monthly management accounts

• Work with management on forecasting and budgeting

• Calculate and report on monthly variance to budget

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for internal use, monthly meetings, monthly investor updates, board meetings, fundraisings

• Contribute to commercial evaluation of new business opportunities (ROI calculation) We imagine you:
