You…

  • are a proactive, positive, assertive, persistent self-starter with a passion for continually improving the processes around you
  • see the bigger picture and can finish tasks and create results
  • have the ability to analyze customer usage data and develop recommendations based on data insights
  • have the ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment
  • have a high verbal and written proficiency in Danish and English
  • are fairly well-versed in tech and the use of digital tools; experience with Intercom or PowerBI is a plus
  • have experience from a relevant field; any UX or customer journey experience is a plus 

 

About the position

As our customer base grows, so does the overall interest in our product. As Customer Success Intern, it’s your sacred duty to ensure users are provided with technical support at all reasonable hours, and that newcomers are provided with the knowledge necessary to fully engage with Ideanote within their organization.

 

You will...

  • partake in developing strong customer relationships
  • promote retention through loyalty, trust, and satisfaction
  • engage with new users to ensure they reap the many benefits of using our product 
  • assist us in gaining further insight into the life cycle of our customers
  • help create a strong product roadmap based on customer feedback, and in collaboration with sales, marketing, and developers
