Our technology allows us to move all kinds of goods in urban areas much more efficiently and to a lower cost than today’s solutions. By optimizing logistics, businesses and individuals can have their delivery whenever and wherever they want. Our platform is built on world-leading technology developed in-house based on our own doctoral research in transportation and logistics at KTH. The Airmee team consists of experienced and savvy entrepreneurs and prominent researchers and developers, ready to disrupt the trillion dollar logistics industry.

As more and more goods are transported in urban areas, today’s cities face enormous economic and environmental challenges. Urban logistics is an industry just waiting to be disrupted but no one has done it so far.

Airmee’s solution meets all these challenges head-on by taking a pioneering approach thanks to our revolutionary technology. Our platform allows us to optimize all type of deliveries in urban areas.


WHAT'S OUR NEXT BIG CHALLENGE?

We have launched our product/service and are now doing deliveries optimized by our platform for several business and retailers in Stockholm.

Our traction has validated our product and we are now fully focused on increasing our delivery volume in order to rapidly scale in Stockholm and internationally by signing up more businesses and retailers.

Our vision is to make Airmee synonymous with convenient and fast deliveries and be the leading player in urban logistics globally. We want to a provide a logistics network for every city in the world.

So we’re looking to expand our team with a Head of Growth to join our team who will help us grow the traction of our product and service in Stockholm and internationally and make Airmee into a global logistics provider.

Your initial responsibilities will include business development, sales, maintaining customer relationships and forming growth strategies.


TYPICAL DAY?

One of the interesting perks of being a business developer in a fast-growing startup is that no day is the same.

Our days revolve with everything from generating potential leads lists and cold calling to forming and implementing strategies to increase revenue and growth. You’ll be on the frontlines introducing businesses to Airmee while developing and testing new strategies around sales and growth.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

This is a unique opportunity to join our company at an early phase and be a key person in the team. We are looking for an entrepreneur with a startup hustle and passion for growing businesses through sales, strategy, and day-to-day operations. We need:

  • A highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who will have the opportunity to build the business development organization and be a pivotal part of the Airmee team.
  • A creative thinker and builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity work environments, where there are no limits and everything is possible.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product opportunities. Ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs.
  • 2+ years of experience of working in the business/commercial side in fast-growing companies.
  • A proven track record of successfully growing a business through business development and B2B sales.
  • University degree.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.

During the first months the role will be structured as a full-time consultancy assignment. Thereafter, the intention is that you will become a core-team member working full-time with potential to get ownership in Airmee.
