As an Implementation Specialist you will be the link between Labster and the universities. With a focus on: quality, efficiency and solutions, you will ensure that all Labster’s customers experience a world class service and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that universities have the best experience possible with Labster by managing the entire implementation and usage experience for approximately 30 universities.
• Advising universities on adopting Labster into courses including curriculum mapping.
• Training universities on product features and advising on best practices.
• Guiding universities on student communication and pilot assessment.
• Assisting universities with integrating Labster into universities own LMS.
• Understanding university's needs and requests while aligning expectations on what will actually be delivered.
• Gathering Customer Feedback, both on features and educational content.
• Ensuring institutions have a flawless experience via coordination with the Quality Assurance team.
• Providing daily assistance within the guidelines set by our SLA through: email, skype, phone, and user tickets.
• Creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation.

•  Outstanding sense of service and deep understanding of the customer’s needs and expectations.
• Ability to set expectations and communicate goals with customers.
• Strong coordination and proactive skills to lead implementation projects, coordinate and push forward complex projects involving several contacts within one institution.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non technical users.
• Excellent analytical and decision skills in order to efficiently analyze incoming issues and decide how they should be addressed.
• Strong collaborative mindset and desire to work positively with different teams internally.
• Scientific background, higher education system understanding and/or experience in course design.
• A highly adaptable learning style and openness to quickly adapt to new ideas.
• Excellent English skills written and oral.
