Responsibilities 

  • Interact with customers on a variety of channels including email, phone and chat
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Assist with resolving customers’ issues and adding resolution descriptions and FAQs on customer portal
  • Develop service procedures and policies.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. 
  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis.
  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process. 
  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvements.
  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal team(s).

Requirements 

  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Norwegian and English. 
  • Experience in providing customer service support.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
  • Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Customer service orientation.
