NoMore is looking for to help us with various growth activities. You will be working as part of a fun and ambitious team, get loads of responsibility and a chance to test your skills in a startup setting. The internship will take place during the spring semester 2017, depending on your wishes.

About NoMore

NoMore is a highly ambitious startup founded in early 2016 by Anders Thomsen, former McKinsey & Co consultant. NoMore provides ad hoc outsourcing services – such as PowerPoint presentation design, Excel tasks and desk research – for business professionals. Our aim is to help our clients be more productive, add more value and increase their job satisfaction.

The NoMore business model combines a proprietary global talent platform, modern technology, and best practices within recruiting and training to deliver high quality ad hoc services at a very competitive price.

Your role

You will be the person in charge of developing NoMore’s capabilities to outsource desk research tasks. The internship will consist of two main areas of responsibility.

• Identify segment specific desk research tasks.
• Develop a strategy for onboarding of specialists in this field
• Train the sales team in understanding these new tasks

Requirements

• You are willing to work hard and only be paid via the commission you generate for at least 3 months (we are very flexible about the timing)
• You will work full time for the duration of your internship
• Your written and verbal English skills are excellent
• A deep understanding of the product is not required as you will receive training
