Task Description

• Work with some of the largest Nordic companies towards a culture where employee ideas are cherished.
• Ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied so the sales team can upsell.
• Analyse and measure platform activity to find the ways our customers can improve engagement on our platform.
• Consult over customers in the startup phase to make sure that our customers have the best possibly launch of Ideanote.
• Develop new ways by which we can enhance our customer experience.

Your Qualifications

• You like structure, and you find challenges exciting.
• You have no problems crunching a large to-do list.
• You like to grow as a person and loves to solve tasks you haven’t previous experience with.
• Former customer service jobs is a plus
• You’ll do whatever it takes to ensure customer happiness
• You are self-driven but still a thriving member of the teams you join
• Are a future entrepreneur or a person with strong interest in startups.
• Have a curious and creative mind
• Are excited about the prospect of joining us and helping to shape the future
