At its core, Billetto is a simple self-service ticketing platform, designed to make event creation and selling tickets easier than ever. Unlike traditional ticketing services like Billetlugen and Billetnet, Billetto is a social and mobile events community, where people can discover local events and follow their favorite organisers


As a Billetto Supporter, you will work within our cross country support team, located at the HQ in Copenhagen, to provide first line support to our customers, primarily to our ticket buyers and organisers.

Our Customer Support-team is a new and exciting department that is growing fast speed, in alliance with the rest of the company. Billetto is a young and dynamic workplace in an international environment where your ideas are being heard and valued. 


Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and comprehensive phone, email and chat support to our customers.
  • Update and develop our Customer Support page together with the support team, to create and implement outstanding customer experiences.
  • Work closely with KAM, Sales and other departments to ensure that our support is accurate and timely.
  • To undertake any other relevant duties outside of your immediate responsibilities to support the business.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience from Customer Support is an advantage.
  • Fluent in either English & Danish or English & Swedish, any other language skills are a plus.

  • Proactive in nature.
  • Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond scope of role.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
