Payr is building innovative online banking services for consumers and businesses. Our first product is a payment service making it easier to pay bills for people in the Nordics. We already have a great team in place. But we are looking for experienced Sales manager to join us at our offices at MESH. Not only will you be working in a hot Fintech startup with team of talented engineers and designers, you will be a vital part of our company and bring your voice to the table on how to grow Payr.


Responsibilities

Design and implement a sales plan to expand company’s partners/customers base.

Organize and hold meetings with potential partners.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team.

Identify emerging markets & new market players.

When Payr grows into a larger organization, manage sales team.

Build and promote, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

 

Requirements

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, preferably in in B2B tech. sales.

Fluent in both English and Norwegian (in writing and speaking).

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.

Strong business sense and industry expertise (preferred but not mandatory).

An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

This makes most days hectic, but fun.We have 5 exits from other startups in our management team, so many of us have experience with doing this from before. Therefore, we try not to spend energy on stuff we know is going to be a waste of time. You could say we aim to have a professional way of running things, with systems to help everything run smoothly. Although we have high expectations for each other and our product, we also have a quite friendly environment, including a snoring office dog.
