As a Rails developer at Universal Avenue you will be tasked in creating new features and work tightly together with our front-end / mobile teams to develop Universal Avenues application. Your day to day will be centered around hacking on our main application as well as developing different tools for our in-house teams to use. Universal Avenue enable thousands of people around world to make a living working where and when they want, as Brand Ambassadors.


Universal Avenue is currently seeking a Rails developer with a strong understanding of the Rails environment.

The position is based out of Stockholm but some travel might be involved.

Required Skills

  • Good english
  • 2 years of experience developing Rails applications
  • Well organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Experience working in a tdd environment
  • Experience with scaling Rails applications
