This is an opportunity to work in an exciting startup with a global target group and international team, offering a new service connecting the on- and offline worlds. The Growth Manager will be part of launching and building the European operations for one of the fastest growing startups in Europe, working closely with the Head of Growth/COO, the global management team and teams from other business areas.
The position should preferably be based in Stockholm but we are flexible and can consider candidates at other key locations in Europe. You will travel frequently in- and outside of Europe.

Job description
As Growth Manager you will be responsible for building Universal Avenues presence across Europe together with the Head of Growth/COO and Heads of Sales. You will help building the rollout playbook and set a model for market launches as well play a key operational role in the launches. You will also support in a wide range of areas such as sales, recruiting, advertising, PR, finance, legal, brand relations and on boarding. As Growth Manager you will report to our Head of Growth/COO.
