Are you a native Finnish speaker with a confident telephone manner? We have a part-time HR Assistant opening, with a strong possibility of becoming a full-time role, that could be for you.

Duties

As HR Assistant at Universal Avenue, you will report to the Head of Recruitment and On-Boarding. You will support in the recruitment and on-boarding of Brand Ambassadors for the Finnish market from the Stockholm office. Your main duties will be:

  • Screening CVs and video interviews

  • Contacting candidates to advance their applications

  • Providing customer service support via email, phone and chat

  • Conducting early-stage coaching of Brand Ambassadors in how Universal Avenue operates, how to work with our app and how to approach venues

  • Supporting in event planning


Other tasks related to the role

  • Helping in the translation of materials

  • Contacting venues to confirm the validity of Brand Ambassador surveys

  • We’re a dynamic and changing company. This means that, more so than anywhere else, your ideas and input have a tangible effect. Exciting new tasks related to the role will emerge over time


Employment details

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Language Skills: Finnish (Native), English (Fluent), Other languages (bonus)

  • Scope: 20-30hrs per week

  • Salary: Fixed hourly wage
