Operations and Communications Manager

Airlabs is an exciting young company with a patented technology that cleans polluted air. We aim to reduce exposure to polluted air for citizens across the world. We are looking for someone that can work flexibly across the business to drive the company forward. You will thrive in a start-up/unconventional company environment and will want to play a significant role in the business as we grow. The role is based in Copenhagen and will require some travel to London and potentially further afield.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administrative management, including liaison with SGO accounts team to ensure payments are processed and travel managed. Ordering of equipment parts and office management.
  • Management of project timelines and key tasks to ensure we keep to deadlines, including minutes of meetings and follow-ups.
  • Responsibility for external communications including preparing marketing material, presentations, and social media strategy. The role will include responsibility for our upcoming public launch.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and responding to enquiries as needed.

 

Key Skills:

  • Fluent spoken and written English with good writing style.
  • Proficient/fluent Danish a plus Exceptional organizational and management skills
  • Flexible and entrepreneurial mindset – willing to get stuck in and help with all aspects of running the business
  • Good computer skills and financially literate
  • Social media – good working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and website management
  • Interest in the environment / air pollution / health

 

Key Experience:

  • Experience in similar role working within a start-up/ growth business or large project management
  • Numerical / scientific / technical background preferred
