We’re currently on a lookout for a Media & Translations Coordinator for the Billetto DIY Media Team. The position is designed to assist the current B2B Media Editor with the daily tasks of coordinating multiple language translations (7 in total), implementing translations within multiple media channels and adjusting translations to the various media.

This is a perfect position for someone that would like to gain an insight into software, media and marketing localisation.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and coordinate translations for Billetto translators (7 languages)
• Implement translated material and localised links into landing pages (basic HTML + Google Sheets), email campaigns (Mailchimp), graphics for Facebook, email campaigns and front page banners (Photoshop)
• Coordinate website translation requests (Trello)
• Coordinate and implement graphical and textual changes when the platform is updated
  
  

Recuirements

No need to speak all 7 languages, but being able to match English words to other Scandinavian and European languages on the fly is an advantage

Excellent Photoshop & Mailchimp skills. Basic HTML formatting and familiarity with Team Management software (Trello, Podio or other)

Attention to detail and an eye for good design
