As Recruiter, you will report directly to the management team of Billetto, and you will be responsible for areas of great influence for Billetto, now and in the future. You will be representing Billetto in relation to all initiatives concerning the attraction of new employees. Moreover, you will be the strategic partner in developing the concept of recruitment within the company. We need a focused and ambitious effort to realise our planned activities, and we need you to lead the way to win the war for the pool of talent of the future. We work with Workable (recruitment system) and BambooHR (HRIS) Areas of responsibility includes:
- Structuring and developing the internal recruitment process
- Development of job ads in order to attract candidates through selection
- Research of relevant international candidates
- Assessment of candidates
- Continuous communication with internal managers in order to evaluate recruitment need
- Support the development of HR structure within Billetto
Recruiter with ambition and business acumen
You hold an MSc in Business Administration and HRM or the like and have some years’ experience with research and recruitment, either from a similar position in an international cooperation or from a recruitment consultancy. Preferably, you are certified in a testing tool.

- Business understanding and ability to utilise resources optimally
- Able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- An analytical and structured approach to your work
It is crucial that you have clout, grit and are persistent – both within the organisation and in relation to candidates and external relations. Your level of ambition is high, both when it comes to yourself and to the organisation, and you leave your contacts with the impression of a high service level and a team-oriented mind-set. Last but not least, you are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
