The Role:

As Product Manager at Linkfire, you will be responsible for correctly packaging and maintaining the API documentation platform. You will do that by making sure that it is humanly readable, well documented, easy to integrate and structured up to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, structure and maintain the API documentation platform.

  • Technically onboard new and existing clients.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders’ communication.

  • Implement retention strategies of existing clients by leveraging users feedback.

  • Collect and specify features request.

  • Be the main point of contact for client requests.



Abilities and Skills:

  • Thoroughly structured approach to the day-to-day workflow. 

  • Previous experience in working with REST API.

  • Excellent, razor-sharp communication skills and ability to convey a complex set of information in an easy and digestible fashion.

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.

  • Previous experience with Scrum and lean-agile product development methodologies. SAFe experience is a plus.

  • Previous Product Owner experience is also plus.
