Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and scale effective marketing campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (e.g., user sign-ups & retention) using Facebook Ad Manager.
• Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into team’s workflow
• Manage day to day operational responsibilities with country managers in The Netherlands and Switzerland.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant online marketing experience with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing
• Deep knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Facebook, Google Adwords, YouTube etc.)
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
• Fluency in Danish a requirement
• Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
• A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative/innovative solutions
• Experience working in a global team and collaborating across multiple geographies
• Experience from e-commerce is a huge plus
