Labster is looking for a part time Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Copenhagen. You will support our Financial Manager in handling and continuously enhancing all the financial and administrative processes for Labster.

Responsibilities

• Processing employee reimbursements and incoming invoices.
• Gathering and ensuring correct documentation for accounts payable.
• Create, send and follow up on invoices in E-conomic.
• Assist in monthly bookkeeping (potentially taking over this responsibility).
• Assist our Financial Manager in financial optimisation projects.
• Manage ad hoc administration and accounting/finance tasks.
• With time and experience, more projects and responsibilities will be assigned to you.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience within accounting or bookkeeping.
• Education within Economic Science with a focus on accounting and/or finance.
• Proficient/Intermediate user of  MS Office, Google Sheets, E-conomic.
• Fluency in Danish and English  (verbal/written).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan and organise tasks efficiently.
• Self-driven and able to work both independently and as a part of our awesome team.
• Great communication skills and an obvious team player.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
