Your role within our Development Team:

You will work in a team feeling comfortable with pair programming. You’ll build web applications, deploying them, installing packages and libraries on the server as needed, and tracking system performance. 

About the Development Team….

As part of this team you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your ideas will be every bit as valued as your programming expertise.  We work in small teams where everyone is involved in coming up with great features and where ownership of the outcome is key. We are working with the latest technologies (React/Redux/AWS Lambda) producing new ideas, providing new creative solutions and constantly reviewing both how and why we do things, learning from each other. 

Required Skills and Experience:

You are interested in learning and sharing knowledge with the team, caring about other member’s opinions. You have integrity and a strong sense of responsibility, able to find the right balance between individual autonomy and collaborative work. 

As a Fulll Stack Developer you must have:

• Extensive experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Interested in working with pair programming
• Fluent in English
• Availability to travel to other BW7’s offices In Copenhagen and Munich.

• Web protocols, application servers and web servers
• Working with Git
• Developing clean and efficient APIs
• A keen eye on design and UX/UI principles
• Automation tools and testing frameworks
