Who are we and what do we do?

Dixa is a Copenhagen based startup software company that has created a unique “customer friendship software” revolutionizing the way online and e-commerce businesses are engaged with their customers. Dixa is a customer service platform that embraces phone, call center, live chat and a friendly “virtual service assistant” brought to life by artificial intelligence. Powered by the seamless combination of human and artificial intelligence, customer service can finally be friendly, proactive, instant and channel neutral with Dixa.

You will be the first sales person onboard the company, and will be starting from scratch to build-up the sales – from cold canvassing sales to an actual go-to-market sales strategy. The Sales Director role is a unique opportunity to shape our company’s regional and global sales, set the right sales team, and create the go-to-market and sales model including the right outbound sales, inside sales, and on boarding approach

The Position:

  • Build, communicate and execute an aggressive sales and go-to-market strategy
  • Set the right, strong and passionate sales team
  • Establish and express our company’s identity in close team work with the founders and board
  • Create and utilize the channels on which we generate new customers in the close cooperation with the future CMO
  • Take full responsibility for sales budgets, forecasting and retention
  • Inspire your team-mates and colleagues to think outside the box to overachieve our goals
  • Communicate Dixa’s vision to co-workers, customers, partners and press
  • Effectively build a sales team and maintain a strong culture around successful customers

About You:

  • A proven sales track record within the SaaS industry (preferably from another startup or small tech company)
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in CRM, call center, e-commerce or social media
  • Have managed a full tech sales funnel including establishing high growth on signups, trials, conversions, up/cross-sell etc.
  • Hardworking, thorough, and hands-on – the team will start small
  • Less worried with your budget, more concerned with your results
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire Dixa’s business, customer base and entire team
  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
