We are looking for an energetic, extrovert and result-oriented ‘sales star’ to establish and drive our sales organization. You will play a key role in our sales strategy and will be responsible for generating direct sales as well as growing and nurturing our VAR channel.

You:
You have a background in sales development and have been successful in closing deals despite tough market conditions. You are an expert networker and are experienced in building and strengthening relationships – with Scandinavian as well as international clients.
Qualifications, experience & skills:
- You have 3+ years of experience in sales in the field of digital marketing, preferably from an international marketing agency.
- You are experienced in selling brand campaigns across a variety of sectors.
- You have a strong network of senior-level international client and agency contacts.
- You are highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face)
- You are a good listener and can understand client needs, identify pain-points and present custom solutions following a consultative sales approach.
- You sales record over the past few years is both impressive and proven.
- You have strong key account management & relationship building skills.
- You are online-savvy and up-to-date with the latest online trends, technologies and developments.
- You are fluent both in written and spoken English and Danish.
- Experience in working with other SAAS platforms is an added advantage.
The job:
Dot is a new online marketing platform and your first objective as Sales Manager will be to fuel our pipeline through our two primary sales channels: direct clients and partner agencies (VAR channel).
Key responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, develop and take ownership of the company's sales activities.
- Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue generation and prepare end of month reports on sales performance.
- Consult and provide advice to agencies on their client-facing presentations, solutions and proposals.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market developments in the digital marketing technology industry and monitor the competitive landscape.
- You will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle - from cold-calling to physical meetings/presentations, negotiations and closing deals. You will also be expected to attend exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
- Identify new growth opportunities within VAR channel and other areas for expansion and development.
- Work closely with other members of the Dot team to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects and new initiatives for our own G2M activities.
