As Sales Representatives you drive the business further by selling Premium services to new and existing clients in the Greater Copenhagen area.


Mojob is looking for Sales Representatives for the Danish team based in Copenhagen.

As Sales Rep, you will play and integral part driving business in your territory and therefore in the future development of the company.

You will be working highly independently, with weekly touchpoints with the Danish country manager to discuss strategy, targets and developments, as well as you will be provided essential training for the job, as well as training in matters that you are interested in. You are free to schedule your own work hours, so this is an ideal position - both full-time or part-time, and therefore perfect for e.g. students who love to gain first-hand insights and experience into sales management, project management and into a true startup culture.

As Sales Rep for Mojob, your task will be primarily be to work on prospecting and contacting new accounts to sell Premium services via the phone and in-person. You love working towards targets and while you have a huge influence on shaping your own role and work day, you meet targets and report those in weekly meetings to your sales manager. Here, you also have the possibility in becoming an even more integrated part into the organization, as you can expand your responsibilities around marketing and strategic tasks. We have a very flat structure and listen to our colleagues, allowing them to bring in their input and opinion to significantly shape not only the job but also the company as a whole. A successful Sales Representative has a high chance on becoming a full & regular employee at Mojob with great professional development opportunities as you grow with the company.

This is a highly challenging job that requires you to be intrinsically motivated as you love picking up the phone to call potential clients and arrange meetings with them. You will be equipped with all training required to do the job and can voice your suggestions or questions in team meetings.


The Job:

  • Making appointments to meet your own portfolio of clients
  • Presenting Mojob to prospects and negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Train new clients in the usage of the Mojob technology
  • Be first point of contact to your accunts
  • Present weekly and monthly results to the Country Manager Denmark
  • Assist in the development of Sales material
  • Assist in concept development for both mobile and web application

  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about the Mojob products and services

This is an unpaid freelance position, in which your efforts will generously be compensated by an un-capped commission structure, allowing you to create your own monthly income - depending only on how much time you are willing to put into it. We intent to compensate successful representatives with a base salary as the company grows!
