As VP you help build a great company with a strong Labster culture, a perfect balance between entrepreneurial spirit and strong sustainable processes. You will always focus on customer success and on engaging the scientists of tomorrow.
You will grow the sales organization and build the organization, focusing on delivery but at the same time not eliminate autonomy, creativity and entrepreneurship.
