To support our growth we are hiring a talented project manager with strong sourcing and project management skills to facilitate the product development of furniture and lightening. You will work from our office located at Papirøen in Copenhagen and will report directly to the Supply Chain & Product Development Director.

Desired experience and skills
The project manager will be responsible for the project management of the development of new products (mainly lighting) as well as managing our existing products. The job requires intense co-operation with our production partners, primarily in China, and external advisors as well as a continuous communication with our internal design team and external designers.

With strong project management skills you will take full responsibility for the sourcing and product development process.

Your key responsibilities will be to

• Identify new suppliers on a commercial basis
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Research technical and functional developments within the category decorative- and technical lighting
• Ensure on-going quality control of productions
• Day-to-day management of one intern
• Coordinate and manage deliverables from external partners such as engineers, prototype workshops and test institutes

Travelling is estimated to 50 days per year.
