Boardmeter tilbyder skræddersyede, sektorspecifikke bestyrelsesevalueringer efter corporate governance bedste praksis. Vi blev grundlagt i København i 2014, i anerkendelse af det behov danske virksomheder har for adgang til bestyrelsesevalueringer af høj kvalitet, til en overskuelig pris. Den originale idé bag Boardmeter, er udviklet af stiftere Steen Thomsen og Kim C. Hvidkjær, der har erfaring i henholdsvis selskabsledelse (corporate governance) og IT-startups.
