Servicelovers helps improve customer service in retail. We work with large retailers internationally, who let customers in the stores give feed-back to the store and the employees via tables. The Servicelovers twist is that customers can give acknowledgement directly to a specific employee. Acknowledgements hit employees' personal profiles, on the mobile phone off each employee.
