RiACT develops robotic automation software for agile production systems. We remove the complexity of robot programming to accelerate setup, configuration and operation of industrial robots in dynamic production environments. When customer demands and production changes robots have to be reprogrammed for new tasks and environments. This process is costly, complex and time consuming - even for experts. Thus, today’s production is either manual allowing to produce customised parts in small numbers or fully automated but with limited customisation. Our users want a simple solution for complex automation tasks. The RiFLEX software is based on modular robotic skills - behaviour building blocks such as pick, move and place - that can be connected to build robot programs. Our users can efficiently reuse skills in new and creative ways by simply connecting them for new tasks while robot program generation is automatically performed by the RiFLEX engine.
