The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo digitalizes, streamlines and improves all processes between the property owners, landlords, administration, janitors and finally the tenants. We do this via our modern SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. Our mission is to provide the perfect tenant experience - always referring to our statement that a good tenant experience can also be good business. Why? We are a Copenhagen based beauty on-demand concept, where you can order professional beauty services and have them delivered directly to your door. Whether at home, the office or the hotel room. The services we offer are nails, lashes, makeup & hair. We cater to both B2C and B2B. We have worked on a lot of interesting B2B projects, e.g. a concert, theatre/musicals, commercials, sketch shows, a movie, a TV-series and different company events for larger and smaller brands. Of B2C jobs we mainly do nails, lashes, bridal makeup and social events for a smaller group of girls. Our main B2C target group is women in the age span of 25-39, where we have found young professionals and mothers of younger children to be our beachhead(s). Our office is located in the middle of Strøget in central Copenhagen, so it is very easy to get to and from the office with public transportation.

Maneno is a reading app that makes it fun to read and learn to read. Maneno was founded in 2015 and here 5 years later we have established ourselves as the key player for children’s book streaming services in Denmark. The company was founded in response to the increasing rate of reluctant readers in Denmark and the decline in literacy skills worldwide. The two founders themselves being the fathers of children and seeing at first-hand how children are more consumed with YouTube and video games, they decided to create a reading app that puts recognition and motivation as key components in building reading skills to children. Our team has grown to 7 employees handling anything from app development to content acquisition and user retention.

Nadia Wire graduated in 2017 from Central Saint Martins, specialising in Knitwear. After having worked for numerous well-known fashion brands; the brand Nadia Wire was established in January 2019: A new Danish womenswear brand offering feminine and innovative knitwear collections. Nadia Wire’s unique universe pulls you in to a world of colourful and stripy knitwear. Every textile and garment are 100% made in Denmark at our own knitting production facilities in Copenhagen. The brand will launch its first collection in 2020.

Beleaf is a platform that want to make it easy for everyone to hold plants. The platform consists of three parts: The app - a mobile application where users can put in their plant and get an overview of when they need caring. The device – a device that uploads data about the plants to the cloud. The shop – a webshop where users can configure a plant and get a gardener to prepare quality plants with the correct growing media. With the usage of new technologies, we're making plants digital.

Kolekto flytter til nye lokaler slut juni måned 2020 og får adresse et andet sted på Amager - nærmere betegnet Strandlodsvej 6C 2300 Kbh. S. Det er en mindre virksomhed som skal vokse og tonen er uformel og der er få ansatte i produktionen ved siden af de to ejere.
