DIGURA has build an advanced software, where we can assess cases based on previous rulings and compare it to the specific cases. Therefore every case we take in is an accessory to further the development of our system. This has led to more efficient case management, and this means that we can focus on the clients needs and keep our services at a high level. The software has enabled us to optimize our case management and therefore handle a case 80% faster than any other similar company. DIGURA consists of 12 persons from Aalborg, Aarhus, and Copenhagen. The organization is split in two departments: half of the team works with marketing and the other half works with law. Particular for our team is that everyone has some special skills important for the company which they are able to contribute with (skills besides the study). There is among us all a very ambitious mentality, which is important for the success of the company. The members of the DIGURA team have already won several awards and published several books within law, proving that the team is very ambitious. We work fast and efficiently, but we always remember to praise each other and keep an incredibly good atmosphere. Everyone is really valued at the company for what they contribute with. Therefore, there is a really good working environment at DIGURA. You can either meet and work together, or work from home. The most important thing is to keep the deadlines agreed each week. There is not yet a deadline that was not reached. We hold a meeting once a week where everybody participates, so everybody knows what has been done in the last week, and what is on the program for the next week. Besides that, we always end the meetings with shoutouts and praising.To sum up, DIGURA is for the ambitious mindset who is all in, have some special ability relevant for DIGURA and for those who can contribute to the good tone and social environment. Morph is a Copenhagen-based creative community and studio, creating authentic visual storytelling for youth audiences. We develop and produce branded / commissioned film, video, VR/360’ and still images across formats and platforms. EAT GRIM is a platform for ugly and surplus fruits and vegetables. We are fighting one of the world’s most pressing environmental issues: about 1/3 of fruits and vegetables produced are lost for aesthetic reasons or because they are overproduced - while we are worried that we can’t feed the growing populations of the world. So in 2018, we created EAT GRIM. We source the ugly and surplus produce directly from farms and bring it to the market in two ways: through a food box subscription to private consumers, making it easy for consumers to eat more sustainably. We also supply GRIM produce to food businesses that want to make their sourcing more sustainable and transparent. We're a small but hardcore team that works closely together to disrupt one of the most conservative and wasteful industries in the world. Up for the challenge? HackYourFuture is a non-profit that aims to train refugees, asylum seekers and other marginalised groups in Denmark to become web-developers and empower them by opening the doors to a very in-demand job market. In our 32-week program volunteer IT-professionals train students with and without a coding background in modern JavaScript software development and guide them towards work via our network. We are funded by Den A.P. Møllerske Støttefond until mid 2021.  We are currently 3 people working on this project more or less full-time, but the heart of our organisation are our amazing volunteer mentors, teachers and students. In the past 2 years we can happily look back and say we only worked with great people and organisations which has created a super warm and unique community around our program and we plan to keep it this way! We take our work very seriously, but otherwise we are a pretty friendly bunch, so don't be shy about reaching out!
