Hi, we're Teamcubate a new team incubator that searches and hires top-tier talent for startups and growth companies. Created by two experienced entrepreneurs we launched our workspace in Belgrade, Serbia in June 2017. We now have thee spaces in Belgrade and Novi Sad and 35 employees (February 2019) working for Danish growth companies. This means we need hands to help us evolve Teamcubate into the no. 1 place for top-tier development talent in Denmark and the Nordics.      We are two experienced hardworking individuals who are tired of not being able to find the right talent for our companies. With that in mind we wanted to find a workspace which was'nt a traditional outsourcing company (we dont even use that term) but an incubator that finds/recruits and manages the team to grow your tech company at speed. With a completely flat organisation we work directly with each other, new ideas on a daily basis and lots of "bad" jokes. And we do grab a beer on Fridays :-)

Our work hours are very flexible depending on the individuals. We do also cooperate with a third party development team that can take some of the job that we do not have time for.We are very motivated and dedicated to this project, and believe there is a very good future and potential in this project. We do also believe that by trust, honesty and service to our prospects and clients, they will not regret choosing us as supplier. Fishley is a Copenhagen based startup building a competitive platform for sports-fishing (for iOS and Android devices). In contrast to other sports-fishing apps, the platform is built around anglers' competitive spirit, since we believe, that our most memorable moments come from friendly competition. In the app anglers can engage in challenges with their friends, the entire Fishley community, or even against pro anglers. We will launch on iOS during Summer 2017.
