DIGURA has build an advanced software, where we can assess cases based on previous rulings and compare it to the specific cases. Therefore every case we take in is an accessory to further the development of our system. This has led to more efficient case management, and this means that we can focus on the clients needs and keep our services at a high level. The software has enabled us to optimize our case management and therefore handle a case 80% faster than any other similar company. DIGURA consists of 12 persons from Aalborg, Aarhus, and Copenhagen. The organization is split in two departments: half of the team works with marketing and the other half works with law. Particular for our team is that everyone has some special skills important for the company which they are able to contribute with (skills besides the study). There is among us all a very ambitious mentality, which is important for the success of the company. The members of the DIGURA team have already won several awards and published several books within law, proving that the team is very ambitious. We work fast and efficiently, but we always remember to praise each other and keep an incredibly good atmosphere. Everyone is really valued at the company for what they contribute with. Therefore, there is a really good working environment at DIGURA. You can either meet and work together, or work from home. The most important thing is to keep the deadlines agreed each week. There is not yet a deadline that was not reached. We hold a meeting once a week where everybody participates, so everybody knows what has been done in the last week, and what is on the program for the next week. Besides that, we always end the meetings with shoutouts and praising.To sum up, DIGURA is for the ambitious mindset who is all in, have some special ability relevant for DIGURA and for those who can contribute to the good tone and social environment. We invent and sell cardboard solutions such as the new beer holder used in Parken, Tivoli Fredagsrock, Roskilde festival, Kaufman Stadium in Kansas and more. Lulu Lab is an impact start-up developing educational games on taboo topics to make it easier to speak about the difficult things. We cover Reproductive Health and Sexual Rights in East and West Africa, through partnerships with some of the biggest NGOs in the world. HackYourFuture is a non-profit that aims to train refugees, asylum seekers and other marginalised groups in Denmark to become web-developers and empower them by opening the doors to a very in-demand job market. In our 32-week program volunteer IT-professionals train students with and without a coding background in modern JavaScript software development and guide them towards work via our network. We are funded by Den A.P. Møllerske Støttefond until mid 2021.  We are currently 3 people working on this project more or less full-time, but the heart of our organisation are our amazing volunteer mentors, teachers and students. In the past 2 years we can happily look back and say we only worked with great people and organisations which has created a super warm and unique community around our program and we plan to keep it this way!
