The digital service Inspicasa offers several enhancements to the clarification process all property buyers are going through: Firstly: Inspicasa decodes the buyer’s emotional profile and merges the emo-profile with the factual wishes into a complete search profile. The algorithms search all real estate agents sites for properties that match the profile and present the choices to the buyer. Secondly, Inspicasa presents different national or geotagged shops and service-suppliers, offering relevant products to the property buyer. For example; kitchens, furniture, internet, security systems, DIY, garden centers, supermarkets, etc. A ''Yes'' to a property equals ''Yes'' to new suppliers. We have integrated a lot of modules and API's to make this service work the way we want, and also got a Payment Service Provider license from Finanstilsynet. Everything started back when the CEO of Traday - Sebastian Andersen, in 2017 was scammed in his previous business, he was buying a stock of broken iPhones to repair but never received the iPhones and lost money to these scammers. He then started developing the strategy for how he could make this product that could eliminate fraud online, in 2019 he stumbled upon the now CTO of Traday - Lasse Jørgensen, and they started designing and developing Traday. Traday launched April 2th. 2020.

Who are we? We’re called Idag and we’re a Copenhagen based and newly founded company with a unique approach to last-mile-delivery of groceries and other products. Our platform enables stores to engage customers in the delivery of shelf products to other local customers. This basically means that we don’t rely on trucks and warehouses but use existing local resources. Our approach is both a fast, cheap, and green alternative to other last-mile delivery services. As the first tech company with this focus, our ambition is to be an international service within delivery services. And even though we just started we already have a lot of goals! They have made it easy to get the photo books back in the living rooms, so that friends and family can gather around the pictures and look back at all of their greatest memories together. And now they are expanding to the international market. The team has developed a photo book app called SubBook, which allows users to collect pictures from both Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and the iPhone camera roll to make simple photo books as easy as possible. They have made it with a particular focus on a user-friendly experience, so that people can both create and order their photo books while grocery shopping or in the bus on the way home from work. Because the team would like to spread the joy of perpetuated memories and the possibility to make simple, personalized, and cheap photo books to even more people, they now have entered the international market. In doing so they have also launched their website and app in English versions, while their photo books are delivered to all of Europe. With a sustainable aim. As the team wishes to give something back to the resources they use in their production, SubBook has joined in with the organization One Tree Planted. This collaboration means that a tree is planted every time a customer orders three books using the SubBook app. The team care a great deal about the traces they leave on our Earth and because of this, they only use paper qualities complying with international environmental requirements. This also means that their customers can order books with a clean and green conscience. For now, the SubBook app only works with iPhones, but as a part of their international launch the team is working tirelessly on developing an app for Android users, so that many more can join in on getting pictures out of the phones and into the photo books.
