Last year we built a recruitment platform in order to match the right candidates with the right employers based on 1) skills (yes, it's still there) 2) what you want to do 3) personality and company culture. We have more than 1000 candidates. We are 1) A real recruitment company INDUCE (.dk), with real customers, making real money and growing (3 employees and 2 partners) 2) A Tech company called CTOCPH (.com) partly owns the product and leads the development https://bridge.induce.dk We work remotely or at the Rebel Work space next to Østerport station. We want to help, and we are every day helping companies get great candidates. It's NOT a one way street. It goes two-ways. If we find you what you want, makes you excited, and the job also matches your personality AND is a place where you have a high probability to fit it from day one – would you not want to take that chance? How many times do you know anything about the company you are applying for except the usual rant about "great workspace" and "innovative environment"? Is it real? We want you to get as many honest answers as possible before you take the leap. And hey the other side, the companies. Imagine tons of applications, all different looking CVs. No one reads that. And if they do, you get rejected on the wrong basis. Just because you forgot something you thought was obvious, or even worse – you didn't spend hours in Word making your CV look stellar and have the right amount of SEO keyword optimization in it.  You want this. Companies needs this. It's so simple. Forget the CV. Ok, it has it's place, but let's focus on the ones that want and can, shall we? Ok so we assume you are good from the beginning. Done. Next, we see if what you bring in existing skills and experience is good enough. Ok, reached that. Then – and here is where it gets interesting. We ask you what you want to do in the future. Crazy huh? We actually ask you that. Then, we ask you to draw some slides and kind of map your personality. And your preferred company culture. Are you an office camper or a road runner? Then – boom we ask the company the SAME questions. Who do they want? What is their company culture? Magic happens. You get matched. They invite you for an interview. Hopefully. What's not to like? Lasso X A/S

Lasso er grundlagt i 2014 af Jakob og Jeppe med et mål om at gøre information og viden om erhvervslivet let tilgængeligt og forståeligt. Det lyder umiddelbart ambitiøst – det var det også – men løsningen lå i at indsamle informationen i realtid på tværs af forskellige offentlige datakilder. For først når data bliver levende, kan det anvendes optimalt. Det er nu vokset - og vi er 15 mand, der holder til i JP/Politikens hus på Rådhuspladsen i København. Her arbejder vi på at udvikle og udbrede markedsdataløsninger og har pt. over 500 større og mindre virksomheder som kunder af vores dataløsninger. På samme måde som data aldrig står stille, gør vi heller ikke. Vi forsøger konstant at udfordre os selv, sådan at vi kan blive ved med at lave innovative løsninger. Vi er eksperter i data, og vi vil være de bedste til at omdanne det, så det giver værdi for vores kunder.

Trust-IT er en nystartet IT virksomhed i Danmark, der udspringer af hovedselskabet der ligger i Stockholm. Vi specialiserer os i at levere Cloud tjenester, support, drift, hosting og udvikling til små og mellemstore virksomheder.Vi har tilegnet os erfaring og viden om det meste igennem årene. Vores strategi er at etablere et langsigtet samarbejde med vores kunder, det handler om tillid – deraf navnet Trust-IT. Organisationen in Trust-IT er flad. Det sikrer en kort afstand mellem alle medarbejdere. Tonen er åben og præget af et ungt team, hvor der fokuseres på at finde de optimale løsninger for kunderne, fremfor at putte kunderne i standardiserede kasser.Internt handler det om sparing, lære af hinandens færdigheder, og selv blive dygtigere til at kunne løse nye og sværre opgaver konstant. SportsLevels

SportsLevels is a innovative company which aims to revolutionize game management and take it to another level. Currently we are developing our first application RefLevel which is designed specially for football referees. It assists them before, during and after the game, allowing automatic synchronization of team sheets and game rules before the game, managing goals, bookings substitutions with performance tracking during as well as game report generation after the game. We are a startup composed out of Aalborg University students. Besides sharing common passion in entrepreneurship we also love sports! Our team is highly talented bringing the best of their perspective fields.

Retus A/S

Vi er specialiseret i WEB, IT og strategi til retailbranchen og der er kun en ting vi fokusere mere på end vores kunder - deres kunder. Vi insisterer altid på, at have slut-kunden i fokus og at opbygge brugervenlige og gennemtænkte løsninger til dem. Vi arbejder primært med B2C retail virksomheder. Teamcubate

Hi, we're Teamcubate a new team incubator that searches and hires top-tier talent for startups and growth companies. Created by two experienced entrepreneurs we launched our workspace in Belgrade, Serbia in June 2017. We now have thee spaces in Belgrade and Novi Sad and 35 employees (February 2019) working for Danish growth companies. This means we need hands to help us evolve Teamcubate into the no. 1 place for top-tier development talent in Denmark and the Nordics.      We are two experienced hardworking individuals who are tired of not being able to find the right talent for our companies. With that in mind we wanted to find a workspace which was'nt a traditional outsourcing company (we dont even use that term) but an incubator that finds/recruits and manages the team to grow your tech company at speed. With a completely flat organisation we work directly with each other, new ideas on a daily basis and lots of "bad" jokes. And we do grab a beer on Fridays :-)

TripMe tilbyder en smart cloudservice til rejsebranchen, som giver helt nye og meget lette muligheder for at være i kontakt med de rejsende under en ferie, skabe tryghed, arbejde effektivt og tilbyde ekstra service. Sammen med en app til både rejsende og evt. guides og administation via en hjemmeside skabes overblik, struktur og effektivitet. Service kan tages i brug på 1 dag og stiller ingen tekniske krav til rejsearrangørerne.
