Alligevel fortsætter vi som en race der i grådighedens navn undertrykker, torturerer og dræber. Vi forårsager hver dag uoprettelig skade på livets mirakel.

BLADGRØNT I BYZONEN Nabo Farm er et urbant landbrug drevet efter bæredygtige principper. I et nedlagt autoværksted i København dyrker vi dild, koriander, fennikel, tallerkensmækker og andet mikrogrønt, som vi leverer til en kundekreds bestående af lokale restauranter og kantiner. Vores kunder er både kvalitets- og miljøbevidste. De kan se værdien i at modtage deres bestilling, senest to timer efter den er høstet. Hverken smag eller næringsværdi går tabt under leveringen, som selvfølgelig foregår med cykelbud. Sådan trækker vi i fællesskab fødevareindustrien i en sundere og mere bæredygtig retning. Det er det, vi forstår ved godt naboskab. Afgrøderne er naturligvis fri for sprøjtegift og genmodifikationer. Deres næringskilder er en nøje udvalgt sammensætning af ilt, mineraler, varme, vand og god musik. Tilsammen har vi mere end 15 år i tech-branchen på bagen. Den erfaring har vi brugt til at udvikle en software, som kan styre planternes omgivelser ned til mindste detalje. Resultatet er sundt og velsmagende bladgrønt. Det synes vi alle har ret til, ligesom enhver by har ret til en Nabo Farm.

Sennos was brought to this planet to change surveys. We are taking two steps to reinvent the survey industry. Firstly; create the best survey-app for the people who use it, instead of boring them with a mile-long webform with uninspiring questions and answers. Zerion is a pharmaceutical development company improving the formulation of poorly soluble drugs (oral solid dosage forms) that are currently not reaching their therapeutic potential. Through the use of our proprietary formulation platform, Dispersome®️, we aim to develop new treatment options for patients across all therapeutic areas. We are focused on improving existing drug products by building an internal pipeline. In addition, we are partnering with originator pharma companies to enable their early stage drug molecules. Using our enabling excipient-based technology we strive to improve the lives of patients around the world. Zerion was established in 2019 as a spinout company from the University of Copenhagen based on almost a decade of research.

ORIGINS The story begins with two Portuguese siblings from Porto separated by different life paths. One, fully established in Copenhagen, Denmark and working as an Architect with a strong creativity mindset, focused in family, devoted mom of two lovely ones and an healthy lifestyle supporter. The other one, currently in Lisbon, Portugal working as an Executive Director and Brand Management Consultant for several design and furniture firms. Both with very different but complementary skills, a strong link between two highly contrasting cultures, a great desire of working together and something that glues everything together, Længsel. This special feeling led these two young siblings to create something unique in which they could spend some time together, exploring their particular skills, infusing a truly Danish experience and Scandinavian design influence with a very strong Portuguese background and heritage. And so, Længsel Design is born. The architectural lines, the contemporary elegance and the Scandinavian style are very present in pieces that were inspired by Portuguese historical marks, landscapes and cultural aspects. The nature of the brand privileges the local handmade and craftworks, natural materials and a sustainable relationship across the whole value chain. NEW NORDIC DESIGN In the Nordic product design, there is a necessity of practicality, with a focus on usefulness and durability, taking into account the surrounding natural world and its resources. Our point on new Nordic design is to incorporate the functionality, craftsmanship, minimalism and creative courage in every one of our creations. SUSTAINABLE CRAFTSMANSHIP At Længsel we are dedicated to reduce our environmental impact. We have a continuous research about the best sustainable options for our products. We choose woods that can be recycled or replaceable in a fast-growing rate. We look for fabrics that are rapidly renewable, biodegradable, recyclable or can be produced organically. PRODUCTION The production is all done in Portugal reinforcing a unique perspective on Laengsel´s creations. We want to innovate and defy crystalized ideas by having a close relationship with our local portuguese craftsman. We are proud to experience by first hand that they give all their love and knowledge to our minimalist and long lasting designs.

Thousand Arms and Eyes is a social tech company that wants to prevent rape, harassment and violence against women on a global scale. Why? - It is a global problem. It is estimated that approximately 35% of women worldwide have experienced sexual harassment in their lifetime. Because many women who experience sexual violence seldom report or come forward about their incidences, exact rape numbers are challenging to report. Women ages 16-19 are four times more likely to be victims of rape or sexual assault, and female college students ages 18-24 are three times more likely to experience sexual assault. To prevent rape, assault and harassment against women, Thousand Arms and Eyes connects the two things most women carry with them - their favourite jewellery and their phone. A Thousand Arms and Eyes powered charm looks like any other charm, but it is different on the inside - it is a device always connected to the Thousand Arms and Eyes app. If the charm is activated, the app shares the location with preset contacts, but also with strangers in close proximity. By following the guidelines from the app the rescuers - friends or strangers - can intervene and stop the assault. As important it is to stop the assaults, it is of even greater importance to prevent the assaults from taking place at all. By making the charm a commercial item with a greater purpose, major fashion and jewellery brands will now be able to level with their customers and create massive awareness about this problem. Awareness that it is a major problem, that it has severe consequences - and that only together - men and women - we can stop it. Thousand Arms and Eyes will produce and sell a tiny bluetooth device. The device is bought by fashion and jewellery brands and is placed inside charms or similar that the brands design, produce, markets and sell. On top of a small unit price the brands will return a kickback of minimum 1% to Thousand Arms and Eyes. The kick back will be used to in collaboration with organisations like UN to distribute units to women that cannot purchase a charm themselves. Thousand Arms and Eyes will develop and maintain a free app. The app runs in two modes. If you have a Thousand Arms and Eyes charm, the app connects the charm to your phone. The app constantly tracks your location and is ready to alert a pre-set list of rescuers and rescuers nearby if the button on the charm is pressed. As a rescuer, the app will alert you with details, location and sound of a victim, if a cry for help is made in the proximity. The app will guide the rescuer – and the other rescuers summoned - on how to get to the location and stay safe, while intervening.

Pepbercorn is developing a stockphoto portal to help businesses and blog owners and whoever might need it solve the need for professional photos with pay per photo concept instead of a subscription. The motivation for the project comes from a desire to help companies and others with images where the user rights have been secured and which are easier to deal with than common similar services, as there is no ongoing subscription. Pepbercorn er ved at udvikle en stockfoto portal for at hjælpe virksomheder og bloggere - og hvem, der måtte have brug for det - med adgang til billeder taget af professionelle fotografer mod engangsbetaling pr. billede i stedet for et løbende abonnement. Motivationen til projektet kommer sig af en lyst til at hjælpe virksomheder og andre med billeder, hvor man har sikret sig brugerrettighederne og som er nemmere at have med at gøre end gængse lignende tjenester, idet der ikke er tilknyttet et løbende abonnement.
