Pleaz.io is a digital platform designed to implement active breaks in between office and everyday working hours. We make it easy to find short video instructions for active breaks varying from 2-10 minute sessions, enabling users to maintain the physical and mental well-being of themselves in any working situation. With Pleaz, we help global companies in creating healthy workplaces for their employees, and love to practice what we preach! The foundation of the company is scientifically based and has been tested within the Danish public school-systems for five years, before pivoting to larger organizations through a digital platform in 2020.
