Boardmeter er et webbaserede værktøj til evaluering af bestyrelser. Vi specialiserer os i evaluering af SMV'er, men vi har også større kunder som f.eks. Haldor Topsøe,  IC Group og DJØP. Boardmeter tilbyder skræddersyede, sektorspecifikke bestyrelsesevalueringer efter corporate governance bedste praksis. Vi blev grundlagt i København i 2014, i anerkendelse af det behov danske virksomheder har for adgang til bestyrelsesevalueringer af høj kvalitet, til en overskuelig pris. Den originale idé bag Boardmeter, er udviklet af stiftere Steen Thomsen og Kim C. Hvidkjær, der har erfaring i henholdsvis selskabsledelse (corporate governance) og IT-startups. Sidenhen er teamet blevet udvidet, så vi idag tæller 5 personer, fra bestyrelsesformand til projektleder. Bestyrelsen og direktionen har et tæt samarbejde og kulturen er i høj grad i øjenhøjde. Alle løfter deres del af opgaverne. Kulturen er afslappet og jovial, men fokuseret på effektivitet og værdiskabelse, idet samtlige involverede har fuldtidsbeskæftigelser andetsteds.

Målgruppe Vor målgruppe er SMV ejere/ledere. De står nu og i de kommende år over for tre store, indbyrdes forbundne udfordringer: Hvordan digitalisere? Hvordan skabe vækst i virksomheden? Hvordan undgå disruption?. Løsning Vi vil hjælpe SMVer globalt til at overleve og vokse markant gennem et modulopbygget e-lærings- og e-netværks-tilbud til deres ejere og ledere. Det sætter et stort antal af dem i stand til effektivt at implementere velprøvede metoder til digitalisering og eksponentiel vækst.

NaboTrailer is a tech-company operating in the sharing economy. Our vision is to drive a change in the way people consume different goods and products as this change is the only viable solution to the over consumption of resources seen in large parts of the world. Our geographic starting point is Denmark and our focus is aimed at the popular trailer (various types).
