På denne måde spilder hverken mægler eller køber tid på at tage ud til fremvisninger på boliger der ikke er noget for dem, og sælger slipper for at skulle gøre rent, rydde op og komme ud af hjemmet i den tid fremvisningen varer. Vi servicerer også erhvervsmæglere, hvor problemstillingerne er nogle helt andre. Her vil det største problem ofte være transport tid, hvis eks. lokalerne ligger i den anden ende af landet ift. den forretningsdrivende, eller vanskeligheder med at markedsføre eksempelvis restaurationer, da de ofte ikke ønsker et "Til leje" skilt i vinduet, og skade sin egen omsætning. Derudover kan vi levere næsten fotorealistiske 3D modeller af projektbyggerier. Adskillige undersøgelser viser at kunder har meget nemmere ved at forestille sig at bo i en nybygget eller renoveret bolig, hvis de kan få lov til at se den indefra, i de rigtige størrelsesforhold.
