Freiraum Kollektive is an online discussion platform of design collectives based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Together, we aim to give agency to those who traditionally would not have access to architectural decision-making to have a say in how their cities are shaped. The purpose of SongSafe is to develop a product that allows singers to practice without disturbing others or being overheard. Practicing at home or when other people are near, can be embarrassing for some singers and frustrating for other people. Therefore, SongSafe seeks to develop a convenient and affordable product that allows singers to practice with reduced outward sound, yet still maintaining a good practice experience for the singer.
