Founded in 2011 SKAARHOJ is still a very young and small company, but with a very promising future.  As many other Start-ups, SKAARHOJ also started more or less by coincident, when Kasper Skårhøj in his profession as a Video Producer at DTU saw a need for a smaller and cheaper broadcast control unit instead of the solution available from the company Blackmagic Design.   After 2 years he achieved what he had started out to develop and in 2013 he incorporated SKAARHOJ as a company.

DoBetter is a tech-startup founded by two experienced psychologist (erhvervspsykologer). We are currently part of INCUBA Startup Lab, Navitas.Our main idea is to build, test and sell a web-based tool for collaborative improvements to be used for improving the quality of work (faglig kvalitet), the effectivenes/productivity and the health and safety (arbejdsmiljø). Our ambition with the app DoBetter is to disrupt the currently used methods for APV (arbejdspladsvurdering).

ZeaEye saves lives by reducing rescue time drastically in case of an emergency at sea. It does this by delivering instant, automatic positioning to SAR- and Coast Guard authorities. Next milestone involves developing machine learning/algorithms, Finishing HW/FW, then preparing for product launch.

Behandler Match is a platform where patients find and contact the best physical therapists. We began in may 2018 and are seeing good traction. We're an early stage startup launching a platform and app solving two of the biggest pains when employees take work related trips.1. Access to all the best available modes of transportationWith our platform companies simply manage all modes of transportation and customise how employees can use their Simple Mobility account giving them ticketless access to bikes, bus, train, taxis, etc.2. Expense reportingAnd since the app is linked to the platform expense reporting is automatically filed too. Simple Mobility is a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform and app. MaaS has been on peoples lips for quite a while. It basically describes a shift away from personally-owned modes of transportation and towards mobility solutions that are consumed as a service. In other words: solutions that let you book everything from a bike, bus, train, taxi, shared car, etc. from a one-stop-platform.In 2018 there has been the first shifts and initiatives of rolling out MaaS platforms together with public transportation in Helsinki. We believe this is the first big leap towards "real" MaaS solutions. Public transportation is the glue that makes it come together. With public transportation included in MaaS platforms there finally is a proper potential to compete and even knock-out private car ownership in cities. In Simple Mobility we believe 2019 is the year this change will come for good. Our platform and app will be part of a wave towards new and innovative platforms delivering seamless door-to-door multimodal transportation solutions. We'll be launching in Helsinki first and then move on to more cities from there.Our solutions is built for companies. We might not outperform private car ownership in our first phase but we will for sure show great alternatives that doesn't acquire parking upon arrival. Doesn't get stuck in traffic jams. And doesn't cost a fortune. It can even be designed around each users personal preferences. We're a couple of passionates who believe this is a shift in a new and very exciting direction.
