Simultaneously, 67 million people work in the industry, without direct access to opportunities and good working conditions. miheroo is the global platform where expatriates and domestic helpers find, make agreements and handle payments with each other, safely and conveniently. miheroo is a very agile and expert-heavy organisation where everybody has big and specific responsibilities and where we solve problems together. Our head office is in Copenhagen and we have a development facility in Ukraine. Native of the Sustainable Development Goals, the miheroo platform is built with a desire to create healthy work lives for millions of people. That means we are building international standards into all our functionalities, ensuring the masses can do the right thing, simply by using our service. Examples include our minimum age requirement of 18 years and ID verification to avoid child exploitation as well as our agreement template which complies with UN's International Labour Organisation convention 189 on domestic workers. We are a strong team of experts * Mikkel, our CTO, is a full stack developer with extensive knowledge about new technologies. His finest job is to lead the development team and ensure our solution solves the users' challenges using the most innovative and secure technologies. The development team consists of Ivan, our VP of Engineering and Andrii. * Jeppe's background as an architect provides the miheroo team a great focus on user-friendliness, experience, and design. * An international lawyer with many years' corporate and public experience, Nicolas ensures the miheroo platform complies with all regulations and laws, that we communicate our terms etc. easily to our users and that we commence discussions with local governments where ever we go. * Tying it all together is Sara who has a background from international marketing and many years' of corporate expatriations behind her. She knows the users first hand and is able to translate their challenges into both technical specs as well as business opportunities for miheroo. miheroo is funded by Innovation Fund Denmark and numerous accelerator-recipient and participant. We are a start up game studio that creates casual mobile games within the freemium model. Our juice is conveying a narrative setting, using quirky and creative instruments, which gives the player a fully-fledged game experience within a noncomplex gameplay.We currently have 4 games in the pipeline; Bear Bangers (See art), Pop-job, Labyrinth and Unicornia. We don’t just dream of making one game, but a whole series of games!  It all started back in high school. Instead of listening to our history teacher, we created excel sheets, so we could calculate which seeds would give most points when harvesting in Farmville, and we created casual tournaments, where we were playing for M&M’s. Already back then, we knew gaming was our field. 3 master’s degrees and 7 years later, here we are; Taphouse Studio, created by 3 tech-savvy women with a love for casual gaming. We are laid back types with great humor but also a passion for gaming which shines through. We use sprint planning and try mixing corporate strategies with a playful design approach, to get the best product delivered.
