We`ve been organising Startup Weekends in Copenhagen for 4 years, educating and inspiring hundreds of people to become entrepreneurs. We were lucky to see it from the first row how #CPHSW helped people get into the entrepreneur mindset and to try new challenges. We always believed that one of strongest forces were the network of people you created during those crazy weekends. This is why we created Startup Weekend Mega: The biggest Startup Weekend ever organised in Europe.  We´re an awesome group of volunteers coming from a wide variety of backgrounds. All of us have their own stories about how we ended up joining the #CPHSW family.  We are proud that we`re 100% voluntarily run organisation and that we created a culture where everybody feels safe to experiment and make their own decisions. And we`re always there to support each other outside Startup Weekends.  We think being part of the organiser family is an excellent opportunity to try out craziest ideas in your field. Spotmyskills.com is an online platform that supports athletes and staff in less promoted divisions to get spotted, scouted and contacted by clubs. The platform is the first ever online tool, which provides clear numerical measures for athlete skills. This makes it easy for athletes to present themselves to the global sports market without a need of intermediaries and big networks, while clubs get a chance to make their scouting activities more targeted.

Criipto provides Identity as a Service for organizations that need to know the real identity of the users logging in to their web and mobile applications.  We integrate the various e-ID solutions, typically provided by banks and/or governments, such as Danish NemID - soon to become MitID - Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish BankID, etc. Criipto is a Copenhagen based company. DesignSense started in 2018 by Karsten Gudiksen. With more than 20 years of experience in the design industry, it was a natural step in my professional career. For 10 years, I've built my other company, Cubica, to be a smooth and well-run business focused on design and e-commerce. The business is continuing for full speed.  I have made DesignSense to develop even more products and projects - likely with external partners. In the mid 90's, I worked with multimedia in teaching materials. In the late 90's, I ran my own web agency and online gift shop.  In the happy dotcom days I helped launch an internet portal and a development house.  I have worked as a freelance product designer for companies like Stelton, Herstal, PO Selected, Zone and many more.  I have worked as a designer focusing on packaging, web, instore and shop design for customers like Føtex, Bilka, Coca Cola, 7-Eleven, Carlsberg, Prodesign, Expert and others.  In 2008 I started working with my wife Anni dimaria.dk, where we sell wall stickers in our own design, which we also produce. We sell exclusively online and directly to the end user. Since then, we started Aurea, selling posters. In 2012, we bought the Aarhus BOXdeLUX and have since developed the company to be the leader in "Storage with Style". Now I am working on multiple projects with focus on product design and development.

We developed Confidential, a tool to tag and manage confidential files and emails,  along with colleagues, on local disks, shared drives and in the cloud.Confidential is based on Tabbles (that we started developing in 2009) and feedback we had from a Fortune 500 customer.
