Venture Cup’s mission is to identify and develop the talents and technology of tomorrow. Ditte Marie Fog Ibsen Co-founder, Master in Fine Art of Industriel design. Ditte Marie is our expert in design processes and responsible production. In addition to maintaining manufacturer and supplier contact she’s also in close dialogue with Julia regarding product development. Testing form, materials or business models. NornGuest Ventures are currently working on a start up in cooperation with Barut Ren ApS. The start up is yet to be named, but essentially we are about to be producing furnitures of danish design from recycled plastic waste. The machinery is under construction and we expect to start production by March 21' We are looking for sales and marketing interns to help us plan and execute a sales and markerting campaign. The startup is on a very early stage, and the interns will get a lot of responsibility and opportunity to help shape the development of the brand,

We're creating a digital study abroad start-up that aims to increase mobility by boosting the encouragement among students within higher education to study abroad. Another motivation for the project was the Danish government's goal of sending 50% of students within higher education abroad to incorporate an international dimension into their danish study program. Given the tools provided by the Government, we aim to educate, consult and help students go take a semester abroad to develop their personal profile. Today's way is old fashioned - paperwork, stamps, mails ( the slow kind 🐌) and loads of Visa's and questions. Our platform gives the student the step by step process needed to get any bigger task done. Once signed up, we make sure that you have all the credit eligible courses you need from our online course catalogue, a signed learning agreement, an insurance and an acceptance letter. Through our product, women who love fashion but also want to reduce fashion consumption can rent or resell clothing to other people, in a peer-to-peer model. Our customer will have access to all brands she desires but at a lower cost, spend way less money on items that would probably be worn just a few times, make extra income lending to other users, and also have new items to wear with more frequency, fulfilling the desire for fashion. Our main goal is to inspire the idea of a "closet of the future" where you can invest your money in great quality pieces of clothing, second-hand items but also rent different pieces continually, keeping your physical closet small and minimal.

We back bold entrepreneurs in their earliest stages and help shape the foundation of their aspirations. We classify investments into three categories; BUILD, SCALE, and FOMO. Building cases are companies that are so early that the company might not even be registered with the authorities yet. It’s merely an idea that we need to shape together, right from the beginning. If successful, we move to a scale-up phase investing more money and/or raise capital from external investors. SCALE cases are more developed.
