Sitruz is a system for reporting problems that occur in buildings. The main idea is to get a clear explanation of the problem that has occurred in the building, as well as getting rid of other forms for communication that complicate the maintenance process (email, SMS, phone calls, etc). The goal is to make the maintenance process more efficient.
The problems being reported go directly to the person responsible for performing maintenance (e.g. the janitor). Updates are also being sent to the person who reported the problem when the problem has been fixed, mainly to avoid frustration as a result of not knowing what is happening with the problem that has been reported.
