By doing so we're not only freeing up an immense amount of time right away, but we also pave the way for a great deal of coming opportunities within the field, requiring NLP as a fundamental technology. Fast and accurate candidate matching is an enormous competitive edge, yet we’ve only scratched the surface of what AI can do in the recruitment and staffing industry. That being said; Layke does not intend to replace human resources, instead our vision is to amplify what people can achieve in conjunction with machines.
