Today we produce crisp bread that has four times the amount of protein than traditional alternatives. We launched in 2017 and run operations both in Stockholm and Malmö. We are two co-founders with a broad and complementary background in different industries, from FoodTech, Sustainability, Analytics, Diplomacy to Business Consulting.We are serial entrepreneurs and Kafka is our latest creation.
