Fair Recruit is a purpose driven job board that is on a mission to make it easier for inexperienced students and graduates from universities to get a study relevant job.
Fair Recruit is needed because the "normal" job market has a recruitment mechanism that continuously only picks the ''20 % best CV's''. This means that a large “middle field” of inexperienced ''average CV's'' apply for 100's of jobs without even getting to the first job interview. Fair Recruit flips around the mechanism by making it a criteria that applicants must have no/limited experience, thereby excluding the "the best CVs'". Companies need to realise that not only d1o the large "middle-field" of inexperienced applicants contain tremendous talent and personally that contribute to a diversified work force, but taking responsibility in providing them jobs create social, societal and company value as a whole. The latter meaning that a genuine and thus well deserved CSR profile can be obtained.
