Large companies invest considerable resources in creating internal communication (intranet, newsletters, talks, training) to inform and educate their employees and build their culture. But employees are already exhausted by how much email and communications they receive and often they don’t have time to stay in the loop with the company beat. The solution to this problem is using audio as a new medium for communication, culture development and knowledge sharing. Our solution allows communication teams and any employee to record, edit and publish audio content without needing prior training. The content is published in a private internal podcast platform, where employees can feel safe to discuss their work and where the company can reinforce their values and maintain a healthy culture.
